Crystal Palace seems OK (Technika HD set-top, about 5 years old).

Fine from Bilsdale using NextPVR software and a PCTV 292e USB DVT-T2 adaptor
on a Windows PC. I appreciate that this is not typical equipment :-)
Tomorrow I'll be able to try the HD PVR and TV at my parents' cottage on
107-110, also from Bilsdale. I'll report back.

Our own TV is "HD ready": the display is HD but the tuner is DVB-T only.
Fine with an HD Sky box or a DVD player. Likewise for the TVonics PVR that
is connected to it. My 292e is the only DVB-T2 equipment in the house.

Nope - 100 to 115 (all the HDs) definitely OK (Crystal Palace and
Technika STB).

Would it be because I'm using a DVB-T2 Hitachi (Vestel) box?

If so many people will lose these channels, they will surely have to back
out of whatever they did to make this happen, as I do not see many folk
rushing out in January to buy new tellies, most people are skint!
