Default How Sheffield Live show an imported programme

The programme is 16:9 so first they squash it to 4:3 of course. Then
they're left with black borders up the sides, so they fill them with a
sort of stretched version of the edges of the picture.

The programme, incidentally, is US left wing propaganda.

They've overlaid a squashed picture on top of the unsquashed one.
Brilliant!

Incidentally it's unusual to see a penguin so far south.

I wondered how long it might bebefore the local stations start all running
networked content when its not peak advert time that was all.
