Reports that they've been sparked up this afternoon, UHF Chs 31 and 37,
carrying null packets ?

Are you saying there is nothing for a TV/STB scan to latch on to at
present? A scan in North Manchester just skips across those channels.

I suspect so, it was the same when they overnight tested the new muxes
pre DSO. However both carriers dropped last night at 16:55, so try again today
during working hours.
