What does everyone think of the BBC these days as an organisation? Is
it in its creative prime? Or are its glory days over?

And while we're at it, let's discuss 'Is there a god?', 'Which is best,
socialism or unbridled capitalism?, and of course, 'Is it wrong to top
post?'.

I hope that Mr Porcella is on holiday; otherwise Mr Wright may well be
vilified for using a superlative when correct usage would be a comparative.

Dave Fawthrop dave hyphenologist co uk Google Groups is IME the *worst*
method of accessing usenet. GG subscribers would be well advised get a
newsreader, say Agent, and a newsserver, say news.individual.net. These
will allow them: to see only *new* posts, a killfile, and other goodies.
