Odd Pace box problem

It works no problem, the only thing is in the personal planner the previous person had set a reminder for the steve harvey show back in 2002. For some reason i just cannot get rid of it, it will not delete, i've tried everything. (reboot, power off for a few hours, software upgrade, etc) Any ideas? I think the answer is in the FAQ. Jc
