Default Multiroom Sky+HD inclusive now?

Hi,
I have a main Sky + HD account and also a multiroom additional for my
daughters bedroom.
Presently she has an older pace sky + box.
I replaced my original main sky + hd box with a newer 1tb model last year
and have the original hd box stored.
Do I understand it correctly that hd is now inclusive with the package and
if so can i replace the pace box in the bedroom with the hd box I have?
If that is the case what must I do to marry the multiroom card with the
other hd box?
Thanks.
Stuart.

From 1st September!

Put card into other HD box - phone Sky to get them to pair it all up (and
enable HD on the multiroom smartcard as well)

Yes.

Phone Sky customer support and tell them you're switching the box. They'll
push the button which sends the signal to it to marry it to the existing
card.
