My wife is a keen fan of 'Gilmore Girls' which is shown on E4 during the
afternoons. Because it has adverts she has a 'series recording' set for the programme and then watches it later, or when it has been recording for half and hour or so and she can FF through the ads. When she went into 'Planner' today she clicked on Gilmore Girls that was recording, but immediately a message came up on screen stating: "Checking purchase information - Please wait" Seconds later another message: "You cannot purchase this programme. Call 08442 414141 for assistance." This is clearly not a 'pay for' programme and so the message is a bit baffling. My wife is mad because she cannot watch her programme! -- Kev |
