Anyone know of an e-mail address at SKY that I can send a complaint ot and
actually get a human response from?
Failing that the e-mail address of anyone high up in SKY Tv or SKY Customer
Services?

Emailing normally works well! He is the CEO and,
while you won't get his attention, his staff are good at sorting things out!
