Default Sky now and next banner wont disappear

Hi. I have one small problem with the sky box which I have googled and
found other people with similar issues but I dont know how to fix it.
I have a sky HD box which I don't subscribe to sky at all, I just use
it for the free channels including the HD ones.

If I boot the box up during the day (before 7pm), in the evening the
now and next banner wont disappear from bbc3 or bbc4. I i press
backup, it goes for a few seconds but then comes back. If i boot the
box up after 7, bbc3 and bbc4 are fine but cbeebies has the same
problem in the morning. I have tried rebooting, doing a software
update and a planner rebuild but the problem is still there.

I can see how the problem comes about, cbeebies only broadcast during
the day and bbc3 & bbc4 only broadcast during the evening, they dont
overlap at all, but would have thought sky would have thought of this.

As I dont subscribe to Sky, I can't really go to them for help.

Any help would really be appreciated
