You probably have a line fault on your phone line.

Upon the assumption that you still have broadband Internet
access, the following web pages might be relevant:

http://www.sky.com/helpcentre/talk/t...g/no-dial-tone
http://www.sky.com/helpcentre/talk/t...outgoing-calls
http://www.sky.com/helpcentre/talk/t...incoming-calls

If those pages don't help, you will need to report the problem
to Sky Talk. However, this newsgroup is NOT managed by Sky, so
don't expect them to:

a) see your plea for help on - or
b) call you

It is YOU, who must contact Sky Talk.

I suggest you check the documentation you should have received,
when you signed up for Sky Talk. I hope it includes a telephone
number, for reporting line faults. If so, call the number (from
another phone). If you don't know the fault reporting number,
try 0844 241 4141. Calls to Sky 0844 numbers cost 4.9p per
minute from BT lines (free from Sky Talk lines).

Alternatively, sign into your Sky account at
https://skyid.sky.com/signin
Then, go to
http://www.sky.com/helpcentre/contac...ubmit=Sub mit
Click on the email option - and report the problem.
