read somewhere this morning that HD on freeview will not be available until
2012 when all regions have had analogue switched off.
Analogue switch off starts in 2008, border regions first, then spreads
south.

We are told at work that the bandwidth will be available at 2010 at the
earliest, so that gives ITV 3 years to sort out which route they are going
to take in HD equipment.

HD Freeview can't be considered until analogue has been switched off.
