Why do I not pick up any picture for channel E4 on my freeview box?
The channel is listed, but all I get is a no signal message. I re-tuned the freeview box and still the same. I pick up E4+1 without any problems. TIA |

TIA E4 +1 is on Mux C (16 QAM) with UKTV History 16 QAM is more resilient that 64 QAM Does your freview box show the signal strength and quality of these Muxes? Are you able to receive the other channels on Mux 2? -- Michael Chare |

if possible, go into signal display menu, look at "quality". When
compared with other channels, this shows whether your SNR is good enough to decode the picture. Just a marginal difference can make it "unshowable". |
