How come a company which used to just do directory enquires for huge fees is
now loaning money?

Except those who cannot. I find it rather interesting that we blind now get
a free do service on 195, but who have to register and have a pin.

No its short for do do not the bird but the excrement of living creatures.

Its closely allied to Microsoft's complete mess they have just made of their
updates to office and windoze 10 which has meant that some office apps
crash.
