A programme that says it has it in the guide, it flags it on the programmes
as it runs but the AD track is totally silent.
Pick did this a couple of nights ago.

Stargate -1 or whatever said it had it. Maybe it used to have it, but not on
the one they put out.
I thought it unusual as none of the others in that series had it.

Maybe nothing happened.

Maybe the programme was unspeakably bad

Actually I think you are probably right, Stargate is pretty poor compared to
Star Trek.

No lots of things happened, there were aliens pretending to be humans, old
idea, and some accidental oscillation made them appear as they really are
to someone, How convenient, and then of course the boffin managed to make
the noise using sundry parts scattered about in a room and finally
convinced the others there were aliens about at which point the US folk all
got out their machine guns and shot the aliens, well bar a few who leapt of
through space and time so they can bring them back in a later episode.
That was the gist of it according to a friend.

So need not have had it on at all really.

The original film was good. An original idea at least.

Worse than having no audio description would be:

"Kristin Shepard's hand reaches round the corner of the corridor holding a gun. Bang! JR falls to the floor"

Pick did this a couple of nights ago.

You do keep watching these minority channels Brian.

Personally I'm quite glad I didn't have to listen to AD on a couple of episodes of the Yorkshire Vet. Watching it is bad enough, I don't need an explicit commentary of what the vet's putting where.
