Have just retuned one of the TVs in the house and the channels on the
EPG are now in the wrong order - C4 is in position 1. The BBc channels
are further down the list but showing no programme info in the EPG. I've
tried a factory reset and get the same results. Is anyone else having
similar problems on Sandy Heath at the moment?

In such cases as these, it is alway helpful if you stated the
brand and model number of the telescreen receiving apparatus.

Fine here, just cleared and re-scanned my BT Vision box and all
channels in the right place, can't comment on EPG as that comes through
broadband but EPG OK on Sony STB.

Thanks Ken
googling it looks like some TVs can "forget" to sort the channels after
scanning - its leaving the channels in the order its finding the MUXs.
Willhave to give LG a call next week.
