How do you know it's a she? It could be a he, or an it.

You're right, it could be a s/he, but somebody can't be an it, surely?


Oh God, you know I mean "something/somebody". Does it matter? Lack of
precision doesn't seem to bother other people, so why can't I get away
with it as well?
