I know sod all about laying bricks, but the second and third
courses
from the top don't seem to have bonds.

Whereabouts are you - you must have had some serious gusts?


Central Scotland - most violent gusts I have ever seen (been here
since 1969). We lost some green house glass panes and the 4mm twinwall
sheets just took off and flew round the nearby gardens.

We recorded a maximum gust of 78 mph at about 07:45 on the 3rd. It was
our highest since we moved here in August 2002.

It's certainly a blot on an otherwise beautiful landscape.
