Default FreeSat status?

Shows "No signal" in Wokingham area since 01:00 today. Panasonic DMR-XW350,
dish not moved/obstructed. Any ideas?

Tried giving the box a mains re-boot ?

BTW, message was "No service". Did have EPG, but re-tuning has zapped all.
