Default BBC campaign against regional television production

People across the nation are joining together to fight back against the
latest offensive to reduce and eliminate regional television production
by the BBC.

One such group of brave volunteers is based in Birmingham and has put
together a web site to try and defend BBC Birmingham from the
London-centric corporate butchery.

Individual.net have just released it. It's now correctly showing
in-thread in thunderbird and the spooks have calmed down over Mr Miller
for now....

E-S has been having problems over a similar time period. The Sysop says
it's to do with file corruption, but HWSTWH

No they are not separate regions.

They are two different cities.

Other examples of neighboring cities -- London and Westminster,
Bradford and Leeds, Leeds and Wakefield, Rome and Utica.
