For the past few days some of the channels EPG is showing "NO INFORMATION",
is this just Sandy Heath or everywhere?

I'm on Sandy Heath too, but I haven't noticed any problems here on
several boxes. The lowest channel I have with no info is CNN at 84.

It might be worth trying a re-scan.

Cheers,

Colin.

Or even just a re-boot (power cycle).

I've had this on Black Hill, 3 boxes from different makers in the same
home, re-boots and re-scans made no difference.

Changing to a different channel on a different mux always brought the
channel info back so I assumed that the broadcaster wasn't transmitting
correct now/next information for some channels on other muxes. I tried
to find out who I could complain to but they don't make it easy and I
gave up.

A few weeks later the info came back on line so I assumed the
broadcaster changed something but there still appear to be some holes in
the tables eg. currently on Black Hill, tuning to Radio 1 after a hard
boot results in no channel information being available for BBC1 & 2,
change channels to one a different mux and it comes back.

Re-scan did it - thanks.
