The "32DB resistor aerial" looks like this

I suggest you resist the temptation to buy it.

I think we 'geddit' Bill!

However, if you look at the one and only review

http://mark.reevoo.com/reevoomark/en...t?sku=70009610
&retailer=TSC&badge_style=tesco_button_badge

you'll see that someone doesn't think much of it when they got 'one ohm' ...

"never worked got no signal at all"

Now there's a surprise ...

But it did get "un point".

Should that be -32dB?

I am reminded of the 1960's Con of a short aerial that was soldered onto
a big capacitor that promised to greatly improve your 405 line reception.

There was a bloke used to flog them on Donny market. He used to say, "If
it doesn't work come back next week and I'll give you your money back!"
but he only stood on the market once a flood.

We were somewhere around Barstow, on the edge of the desert, when the
drugs began to take hold. I remember Terry Casey
saying something like:

you'll see that someone doesn't think much of it when they got 'one ohm' ...

Is this your coat?

So why would anyone actually stock something like this in the first place.

I mean, a couple of coat hangers and a bit of coax would probably be just as
good as mose indoor set top aerials for uhf I've seen.
