Default Sky box PIN number problem

I'm a bit out of touch with this sort of thing, so I wonder if anyone
here has up to date info. The customer has a number of bog standard Sky
boxes used for the Movie channels, and is troubled by the parental
control system, which apparently is requiring someone to enter a PIN
number every day. I vaguely remember that there is a solution to this,
but I don't have any Sky boxes with cards here to experiment with, and
since the job is 100 miles away I'd like to give them a solution over
the phone if possible. Anyone any ideas? Can the setting be altered
under parental controls?

"To change or disable these parental control options, go to 'Services'
'Parental Control', enter your four digit PIN code and select 'Other

restrictions'. Here you'll have the option to enable/disable PIN
prompts when trying to play back a programme before watershed (Sky+),
to demand PIN entry before going online, PIN-protecting recorded
programmes on Sky+, and to set spending restrictions."
