The point: She wanted a decent size tv, this was a good price for a
set that got an almost unanimous thumbs-up on amazon and I'm sure her
'plan' was to buy the tv and subsequently do whatever was necessary to
get it working....not forgetting that it worked "out of the box" using
the freesat unit which I mistook for freeview.

As should be evident, I was of little help, however, other posters
here have made up for that.
