Default [OT] Cable ties

Someone mentioned brittle cable ties in the thread "A little safety tip".

Can anyone recommend where to get good cable ties? I've bought some from
B&Q and they are utterly useless. As soon as the weather is cold they just
snap when you are tightening them.

Ideally you want Thomas & Betts or Hellermann Tyton for quality.
Their outdoor rated ties are usually a Nylon variety and are far better
than cheapo chinese plastic jobs.

See

Try a local electrical wholesaler..

They do proper ones not the toy town DIY ones...
