You would seem to have access to TV listings which include BBC HD.

Have you tried TV Guide UK TV Listings at

http://www.tvguide.co.uk/

which is free and allows you to customize your own station listings,
including BBC HD.

Maybe not the greatest descriptions, but it does provide a user friendly
horizontal (my preference) time-wise strip display of program listings on
the various stations.

If you prefer a vertical time-wise listing then this site would not
be a good choice.

I prefer horizontal time listing but tvguide has an annoying habit of
scrolling vertically up when it should scroll right horizontally.
