Nobody seems to have mentioned that the programmes in the archive have
already been paid for by the licence fee. Why should we have to pay
again to view them?

Surely they could put a regional condition on them such that they are
free in the UK but others would have to pay - yes I know there are smart
Alecs who can fake their country of residence flagged up by their ISP by
using proxy servers, but the rest would have to pay.

Just a thought.
