It may be just my degenerating grey cells but ISTR that earlier in the year
if you missed the practice sessions, qualifying and race you could watch
them on iPlayer soon afterwards.

I spent some time waiting for the European Grand Prix to appear, and looking
tonight I can't get anything but a tiny overview of practice 1 and 2 of the
British GP.

Have the BBC changed the way iPlayer is scheduled or have I just been lucky
on previous occasions when I have been able to view the content when I
wanted to?

iPlayer Desktop is also being particularly un-cooperative.

I see no particular reason to prevent viewing of todays sessions on
t'Internet.

As far as I know the BBC has not broadcast any F1 sessions today (Friday
9th) so there is nothing to put on iPlayer yet.

But there is a general point - the pictures of the cars going round the
track are provided by the Formula One company. The company might not
permit the BBC or other broadcasters to put those pictures on the
internet.

Perhaps some one else here knows about this.
