According to the schedules on Sky's website, no. It is being carried on
Eurosport, and in HD. Of course for the Astra 28.2 version, you still
have to pay Rupert for the 'privilege' of seeing it (on Eurosport that
is, ITV 4 is FTA).

A shame ITV HD is a simulcast of ITV 1 and not 'ITV' generally, instead
of all that daytime ****e in upconverted SD, they could be simulcasting
ITV 4 and the TdF.
