Was watching the Tour last night and the picture was so poor you could not
read the cyclists numbers as they rode towards the camera motorbike.

I know some of you can check such things so was it the ITV4 bit rate being
very low or was it perhaps the feed they were getting?

I presume Sky gets the same feed so is the satellite picture crystal clear?
