Default International channel changes on Astra 1M at 19E (OT)

What do you make of the channel at 10744 H that comes up as Test-R ?

Now and Next information is ' Dynamische Programmunschalt' - some kind of
dynamic program selection, but how or what ?
Each time I select that channel I get either arte or Phoenix apparently at
random.

I haven't looked at this channel recently but do recall that it seemed
to be showing either Phoenix or arte.

Phoenix @ 10744 Video Pid 501
arte @ 10744 Video PId 401
Test-R @ 10744 Video Pid listed as 401 or 501 dependente on
arte or Phoenix showing.

I think it's a test of the programme mapping table which (in theory)
can be used to dynamically change the PIDs that a service is using.
If a receiver continuously monitors the PMT for changes, then it will
automatically switch (in the present case) between arte and Phoenix at
the appropriate time. But if a receiver only consults the PMT when it
first tunes to a channel, then it will continue to use the PIDs (for
either arte or Phoenix) regardless of subsequent changes in the PMT.
