And this also applies to shops. I have lost count of how many times I
have walked into shop intending to buy something only to be driven out
rapidly by loud and dreadful music. I don't bother to complain either
but they are very unlikely ever to see any of my money.

Good for Bill to take the time to complain though -- things may change
if enough people do this.
